Important Information For All Buyers & Agents
All properties in Hunters Run require membership to Hunters Run Country Club. Membership applications are processed by our CMO office. All applicants are required to pass a background and credit check and be Board-approved to close. Learn more about CMO.
Membership
Membership Categories
Hunters Run offers three distinct membership categories—Golf, Racquet Sports, and Social—allowing buyers to choose the lifestyle that best suits their interests. Approved applicants can currently secure Golf membership without a wait list.
Real estate
Buying and Selling at Hunters Run
Homes on the MLS are represented by licensed realtors who work closely with the CMO and Membership Director to ensure a smooth sales and closing process. We recommend starting the membership inquiry before showings and addressing the application as soon as a contract is signed.
Before finalizing, agents or buyers should contact the Membership Director for the latest Initiation Fees, Dues, and Schedules, and request Club Bylaws and Rules from the seller. Current fees and regulations should also be confirmed with the CMO. The membership application process takes about 30 days to complete.

Book your tour at least 2 days in advance to ensure availability with our Membership Director.
